Italian precious metals refiner Italpreziosi S.p.A. has officially been admitted to the London Bullion Market Association’s (LBMA) Silver Good Delivery List, with the approval taking effect from 20 May 2026.
The inclusion marks another milestone for the Arezzo-based company, which was already recognised on LBMA’s Good Delivery List for gold. By securing silver accreditation as well, Italpreziosi further expands its standing within the international bullion and refining industry.
To obtain the listing, the refinery underwent LBMA’s evaluation process covering operational track record, financial stability, production standards, and ownership requirements. Its silver bars were also subjected to technical assessment and independent testing procedures to verify quality and compliance with the association’s standards.
Known for refining and processing precious metal-bearing materials, Italpreziosi supplies silver products to global markets in line with internationally accepted bullion specifications.
The company has also placed increasing focus on sustainability and responsible operations in recent years. In 2024, it became a Certified B Corporation™, reflecting its commitment to environmental and social accountability, transparency, and governance practices.
According to the refinery, its operations are supported by sourcing controls, compliance systems, traceability protocols, and health and safety measures aligned with LBMA’s Responsible Sourcing Programme.
The LBMA Good Delivery List remains one of the most recognised benchmarks in the bullion trade, identifying refiners whose gold and silver bars meet the standards required for trading within the London market.
