Tanishq has strengthened its Middle East retail presence with the launch of its 18th store in the UAE, marking its entry into Dubai South. Spanning roughly 2,000 square feet, the new boutique adds to the brand’s accelerating expansion across the Emirates and follows closely on the heels of its recent opening at the Gold Centre in Dubai Gold Souk.
The Dubai South location reflects Tanishq’s strategy to align with emerging residential and commercial hubs, rather than relying solely on legacy luxury districts. The area is positioned as a long-term urban growth zone, making it a strategic foothold for brands seeking sustained consumer engagement.
The store carries a wide-ranging assortment that includes everyday gold jewellery, contemporary diamond collections, bridal sets, and high-value statement pieces. The offering is curated to appeal to mid- and high-income buyers, with a particular focus on South Asian expatriate households and milestone-driven consumers in the 25 to 45 age demographic.
Tanishq has indicated that its UAE growth trajectory is far from complete, with several additional locations under evaluation as part of its medium- and long-term expansion roadmap. The move underscores the brand’s ambition to deepen its retail network in the Gulf and capture evolving consumer demand across established and emerging urban centres.
