KISNA Diamond and Gold Jewellery is gearing up for a significant talent expansion as it scales its nationwide retail and omnichannel footprint. After a strong hiring drive in FY25 that saw the addition of over 1,000 professionals across retail and corporate functions, the brand is now preparing to onboard 1,200 new team members in FY26.

The upcoming recruitment push will support KISNA’s continued store expansion, evolving retail formats and long-term organisational strengthening. Alongside frontline and corporate roles, the brand also plans to appoint 10 senior leadership professionals as part of its next growth phase.

KISNA’s operations are further supported by a robust manufacturing base of over 1,700 employees at its Surat facility, where end-to-end diamond and gold jewellery production takes place. This integrated manufacturing capability enables the brand to maintain scale, consistency and quality while meeting growing demand across markets.

Over the past year, KISNA has also broadened its talent mix by introducing new-age roles across design, digital and data-led functions. These include AI-enabled jewellery designers, data analysts, influencer marketing specialists, stylists and a dedicated Head of Data Analytics—reflecting the brand’s response to shifting consumer behaviour driven by Gen Z and modern women.

With over 800 women currently employed across its retail and corporate teams, KISNA continues to focus on inclusive growth, representation and career development as it expands its workforce nationwide.

Commenting on the hiring roadmap, Ghanshyam Dholakia, Founder & Managing Director, Hari Krishna Group, said the company’s growth strategy is rooted in building strong teams that uphold craftsmanship, trust and long-term value.

Parag Shah, CEO, KISNA Diamond and Gold Jewellery, added that evolving jewellery consumption—led by design awareness, digital discovery and personal expression—has shaped the brand’s talent strategy across leadership, creative and customer-facing roles.

With a retail network of over 120 exclusive stores across India, KISNA’s workforce expansion aligns with its vision of Har Ghar KISNA, reinforcing its commitment to accessibility, people-led growth and sustained relevance in a rapidly changing jewellery landscape.
