The festive season is a time of exuberance, joy, and togetherness. In designing Arohan, I sought to capture this spirit through elements that resonate deeply with Indian culture and everyday experiences. Birds — with their graceful forms, radiant plumage, and effortless freedom — became the perfect muse. Their movement, diversity, and vibrant patterns symbolise not just beauty but also resilience, harmony, and celebration. Each piece in the collection draws upon this inspiration, transforming motifs from nature into wearable art. The designs capture the dynamic spirit of flight, the gentle curves of feathers, and the energy of festive traditions, creating pieces that are expressive yet refined.
Gemstones That Reflect Nature’s Palette
The collection’s vibrant aesthetic is enhanced through a curated selection of gemstones that echo the colours and textures of birds and landscapes. Tanzanite, Coral, Citrine, Opal, and Emeralds breathe life into each design, offering depth, fluidity, and warmth. The careful pairing of stones ensures that each piece maintains a balance between bold expression and subtle elegance. Arohan took nearly four months to conceptualise and bring to life. Every phase — from research and sketching to sourcing gemstones and handcrafted execution — was infused with meticulous attention to detail. Our approach honours traditional techniques while embracing modern sensibilities, ensuring that every piece is not only beautiful but also wearable, functional, and emotionally resonant. The collection offers designs ranging from ₹3.5 lakhs to ₹15 lakhs, reflecting the craftsmanship, complexity, and gemstone artistry involved. Whether a statement piece or an heirloom-worthy treasure, each creation invites the wearer into a world where heritage and innovation coexist.
