Kering is reshaping the leadership of its jewellery portfolio with the appointment of Charlotte Fournet as CEO of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as CEO of DoDo. Both will take on their new roles from 15 September 2026 and will be based in Milan.

The two executives will report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Kering’s Group Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Kering Jewelry. Their appointments are aimed at unlocking further growth for both brands while preserving the individual character and positioning of each jewellery house.

At Pomellato, Fournet will take charge of the brand’s next chapter, with priorities spanning its Milanese identity, retail performance and carefully considered distribution expansion.

Fournet brings over 14 years of experience across luxury merchandising and product strategy. She began her career at Saint Laurent in 2014 before moving to Gucci in 2019 and Bottega Veneta in 2020. In her most recent role at Bottega Veneta, she served as Collection Merchandising Director, leading merchandising across jewellery, accessories, leather goods and ready-to-wear.

Cucurachi, meanwhile, will steer DoDo’s growth strategy, with a particular focus on its gifting proposition, strengthening customer relationships and expanding the brand across Italy and select international markets.

She joined DoDo in 2024 as Global Product and Brand Director, where her remit covered product, brand image, communications, events, visual merchandising and media. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade with Swarovski in senior leadership positions, following earlier marketing roles at L’Oréal and Lindt & Sprüngli.

With extensive experience spanning jewellery, luxury and consumer brands, Cucurachi brings more than 16 years of international experience to the role.

The leadership changes mark a new phase for both Pomellato and DoDo, with Kering placing experienced executives at the helm as the two houses look to build their individual identities while pursuing their next areas of growth.2
