Wolk joins from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), where she served as Vice President of Growth and Strategic Initiatives. During her tenure, she worked closely with the Tracr team, gaining familiarity with the platform’s objectives and operational framework.
Her appointment brings a mix of industry knowledge and cross-sector experience, having previously held senior roles spanning jewellery and technology, including a leadership position at Swarovski.
According to De Beers, this combination of commercial and strategic expertise positions her well to drive Tracr’s expansion.
Paul Rowley, Executive Vice President of Diamond Trading at De Beers, highlighted Wolk’s understanding of the intersection between jewellery, technology and governance, noting that her prior involvement with Tracr provides continuity as the platform evolves.
Wolk succeeds Wesley Tucker, who stepped down from the role at the end of February. Her appointment signals De Beers’ continued focus on traceability and transparency, as digital infrastructure becomes increasingly central to the global diamond supply chain.
