She currently serves as Vice President of Public Relations and Brand Communications at Signet Jewellers, where she leads communications strategy for brands including Jared, Diamonds Direct, and Blue Nile. Diamonds Do Good President Pete Engel shared, “We are thrilled to welcome Ilana to our Board. Her deep understanding of the natural diamond narrative and her ability to connect consumers with the meaningful impact behind their purchase will be invaluable as we continue to ensure the true story of natural diamonds is seen, understood, and valued.”

Diamonds Do Good recently convened global industry leaders at the 2026 Diamonds Do Good Awards at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, celebrating the organization’s 20th anniversary and honoring leaders whose actions reflect the positive impact of natural diamonds.

Founded in 2006 and inspired by Nelson Mandela, Diamonds Do Good is a global nonprofit dedicated to sharing how natural diamonds support education, healthcare, and economic opportunity in producing communities.
