Tiffany’s Legacy in Tennis
For more than 160 years, Tiffany & Co. has been synonymous with excellence in design and craftsmanship. Nowhere is this more evident than in the world of tennis. For nearly four decades, Tiffany artisans have hand-forged the US Open’s most prestigious prizes—the Men’s and Women’s Singles and Doubles trophies, along with the Mixed Doubles award—each symbolizing triumph at the highest level of the sport.
A Diamond-Studded Showstopper
Making its debut at the 2025 US Open, Tiffany unveils a one-of-a-kind HardWear-inspired tennis racket. The frame gleams with signature 18k yellow gold gauge links, set with pavé diamonds, while a 24k gold vermeil tennis ball glitters with nearly 7 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds along its seams. It’s a striking blend of innovation, artistry, and luxury—bringing Tiffany’s heritage into play with modern flair.
The Coveted Singles Trophies
Standing tall at 18 inches and weighing nine pounds, the Men’s and Women’s Singles trophies are a feat of silversmithing. Crafted at Tiffany’s Rhode Island workshop, each piece takes six months to complete, with artisans employing traditional techniques like spinning, hand engraving, and chasing. The result: timeless symbols of victory.
The Classic Doubles Bowl
For almost 40 years, Tiffany’s silversmiths have shaped the sterling silver Doubles Championship Trophy, a revere-style bowl 13 inches wide and four pounds in weight. Completed in 13 hours of meticulous craftsmanship, it reflects both precision and heritage—an enduring emblem of teamwork and triumph.
