On 27th September 2025, SGL proudly inaugurated its Surat Experience Center, with Mr. Vallabh Bhai Lakhani of Kiran Gems as Chief Guest, joined by Guests of Honour Mr. Suvankar Sen of Senco Gold & Diamonds and Jim Vimadalal of PJSC Alrosa India.
Since their inception in London in 2007, SGL has expanded to 23 locations across 5 countries. Building on this global presence, we introduced Experience Centers — immersive spaces that bring certification closer to the customer through transparency, education, and engagement. Following successful launches in Dubai, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Delhi, Surat is the latest city to join the list, with Hyderabad scheduled to follow later this year.
The Surat Experience Center is designed to educate and empower. Visitors can witness diamond certification in real time, with state-of-the-art instruments and expert gemmologists offering insights into the process. More than a service, it is an experience that redefines the way certification is understood.
