

The India Pavilion organised by the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has opened at the 58th Watch & Jewellery Show Middle East 2026, taking place at Expo Centre Sharjah from 30 September to 4 October.
The pavilion brings together 11 Indian exhibitors across jewellery, gemstones and allied categories, giving international buyers an opportunity to explore a range of products from India’s manufacturing and design sector.
The participating companies are Omega Jewellery, Core Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., Peacemoon Traders, Exclusive Diamond Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., Teyana Jewels LLP, Sejal Exports (India), Veekay Diamants, Harshwardhan Gems Pvt. Ltd., Sherly Jewels Pvt. Ltd., Rajesh Gems and Arina Jewellery LLP.
The showcase covers diamond and fine gold jewellery alongside silver jewellery, coloured gemstones, pearls, watches, and display and packaging solutions.
On the opening day, Dr. Emmadi Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India in Dubai, visited the India Pavilion. He was welcomed by Antarpal Singh Sawhney, Regional Chairman – North, GJEPC, and Ashish Sakhardande, Head – India Jewellery Exposition Centre (IJEX), Dubai.
During his visit, Dr. Reddy met participating exporters and reviewed the collections and products on display. According to GJEPC, he acknowledged the craftsmanship and design innovation showcased by the exhibitors and stressed the importance of expanding into emerging markets to strengthen India’s presence in the global gems and jewellery trade.
The Sharjah show is expected to draw more than 66,000 visitors, including over 1,000 trade visitors from 52 countries. The international exhibitor and visitor presence spans markets including Bahrain, China, Egypt, France, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Türkiye, the UAE, the UK, the US and Yemen.
For the Indian participants, the event offers a platform to engage with buyers from the UAE and the wider Middle East while also opening conversations with international trade visitors attending the five-day show.
